What I collect

Your email address, and the fact that you bought the book. If you finish the Shift Session on the home page and ask me to send you your line, I store that line and the category it came from, so I can email it to you.

What I don't collect

Card numbers never reach this site — payment is handled entirely by Stripe. Anything you type into the session widget stays in your browser unless you press the button asking me to send it to you.

Why I have it

To deliver the file you paid for, to re-issue your download link if you lose it, and to process a refund if you ask for one.

Who else sees it

Stripe processes the payment. My email provider delivers the download. My hosting provider stores the records. Nobody buys, rents, or receives your address for marketing.

How long I keep it

Purchase records are kept for as long as tax law requires. Session emails are kept until you ask me to delete them.

Your control

Write to support@the500shift.com and I will send you a copy of everything I hold about you, correct it, or delete it.

Cookies

The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Stripe sets what it needs to complete a payment securely.
