Refunds

The policy, in one line

Within 14 days of buying, email support@the500shift.com from the address you purchased with and I refund the full $37. You don't have to explain why.

How long it takes

I process the refund within two business days. Your bank usually posts it within five to ten days after that, depending on the card.

The file

Keep it. I won't chase you for a digital copy, and the download link is not disabled when a refund is issued.

After 14 days

Write to me anyway. If something has genuinely gone wrong — a corrupted file, a charge you didn't recognise, a duplicate order — I'd rather fix it than stand on the date.
